LE MONDE is member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (U.N.W.T.O.), the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE), the European Council of Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Education (EuroCHRIE), the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) and the Chef’s Club of Greece. Undergraduate degree programs are recognized by the Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs.
