Our Company ensures the confidentiality of your data and does not disclose it to any third parties, except to the competent public authorities (Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs; Ministry of Economy & Development; Ministry of Labour, Social Security & Social Solidarity, and their respective services). Your data may also be disclosed to collaborating organizations and service providers through which the educational programs are delivered, solely to the extent necessary for the provision and proper implementation of such programs. The above data will be deleted by LE MONDE EKPAIDEFTIKI E.P.E. 24 months after the successful completion of the student's studies (five semesters), except for those data that are required to be retained for a longer period pursuant to applicable law or by the competent public authorities, in order to safeguard both the student's academic status and the legitimate interests of LE MONDE EKPAIDEFTIKI E.P.E. You have the right to access, correct, delete, request portability, restrict processing, or object to the processing of your personal data.
