A two-day seminar dedicated to the distinguished Chef, Tasos Mantis, chef of the Michelin-starred HYTRA restaurant. On Wednesday, he welcomes us to his garden in Alepochori and guides us on the colors, fragrances and flavors that nature produces. He introduces us to the most popular edible flowers and herbs he cultivates and together we collect those that will be used in cooking. On Thursday, he returns to the school where he graduated, to teach this time, the delicious creations that made him a distinguished chef.

Ο chef έχει αναγνωριστεί για το ταλέντο και τη δημιουργικότητά του, έχοντας περάσει από κουζίνες διακεκριμένων εστιατορίων, όπως το Hof Van Cleve στο Βέλγιο (3 αστέρια Michelin), το Geranium στην Κοπεγχάγη (3 αστέρια Michelin), το Frantzén στη Στοκχόλμη (3 αστέρια Michelin) και το Fat Duck στην Αγγλία ( 3 αστέρια Μichelin). Με τις διδαχές της αξιοζήλευτης αυτής διεθνούς πορείας, ο ίδιος επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα για να υπηρετήσει τους αγαπημένους του όρους «βιωσιμότητα», «βοτανικότητα» και «από τη φάρμα στο τραπέζι» ανάγοντας την πλούσια πολιτιστική κληρονομιά της ελληνικής κουζίνας σε γαστρονομικό success story. Μετά από επτά χρόνια στο τιμόνι της κουζίνας του εστιατορίου Hytra, βραβευμένο με ένα αστέρι Michelin, τον βρίσκουμε σήμερα στο δικό του γαστρονομικό εστιατόριο Soil στο Παγκράτι, εμπνέοντας μια σπουδαία γαστρονομική χορογραφία.
