A two-day seminar dedicated to the distinguished Chef, Tasos Mantis, chef of the Michelin-starred HYTRA restaurant. On Wednesday, he welcomes us to his garden in Alepochori and guides us on the colors, fragrances and flavors that nature produces. He introduces us to the most popular edible flowers and herbs he cultivates and together we collect those that will be used in cooking. On Thursday, he returns to the school where he graduated, to teach this time, the delicious creations that made him a distinguished chef.
