The differentiation of Greek fresh fish, that is characterized by the collective mark Fish from Greece, from the fish of other countries. This goal will be achieved by creating and consolidating the Greek identity and the remarkable features of fresh Greek fish that are bred with exceptional care in the crystal clear Greek sea in units located in ideal locations on the Greek coast, by specialized people with experience and knowledge, according to European standards.
