Troph\u00e9e Mille is a contest that highlights the young apprentice cooks from schools from all over the world. The jury is comprised of a group of distinguished French Chefs &amp; Pastry Chefs, awarded with Michelin Stars, as well as the highest honorary title that can be attributed to a professional French Chef, that of the MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France).<\/p>\n<p>LE MONDE team worthily represented our country with <strong>Davri Vasiliki<\/strong> and <strong>Karaflos Panagiotis<\/strong>. Students created two dishes, a savory and a sweet one, impressing the judges with both their gastronomic compositions and their professionalism.
