We were present at the Artozyma exhibition

The students of the professional confection production specialties visited the beautiful city of Thessaloniki from March 14th to March 16th in order to see the Artozyma exhibition which this year was held in the capital of Macedonia.

The exhibition was initiated on Friday the 14th with a small ceremony which Mr. Panagiotis Psomiadis, the prefect of Thessaloniki, introduced with a short speech.
LE MONDE institute was present throughout the whole exhibition through the special kiosk in which anyone could be informed about our activities.

Our students, who were accompanied by Mr. Makis Velissaropoulos, General Director of LE MONDE, Mr. Dimitris Antonopoulos, Studies Director/ Marketing Manager and their professors, Mr. Vaggelis Sarlis and Theodoros Pagiatakis, had the opportunity to wander around the exhibition and learn everything about the latest trends in professional pastry and bakery.

The purpose of this excursion was to bring the students of the professional pastry & bakery classes in contact with their future profession.
