We had a “feast” at Papasotiriou bookstore!

On Thursday, March the 20th we held the second “gastronomic meeting” at Papasotiriou bookstore titled “food & wine combinations”.

What is the best wine we can combine our meal with when we eat out, when we have friends over for dinner or at our daily table? All those who favor gourmet cuisine came at Papasotiriou bookstore at “The Mall Athens” in Marousi in order to hear the chef Mr. Stelios Apostolou and the wine specialist Mrs Maria Tzitzi, both teachers of LE MONDE institute, reveal the secrets for the perfect food and wine combination.

Mr Apostolou and some of his students, who assisted him, had prepared 6 fingerfoods which Mrs Tzitzi combined harmonically with 6 bottles of wine. At the same time Mrs Tzitzi explained with details how the combination of flavors was achieved in every case.

The friends of gastronomy who took part at this event posed their questions to the two teachers of LE MONDE institute and of course… after the second wine of glass everybody seemed more eager to express their opinions!
