Grand Culinary Contest by LE MONDE and Athenian Brewery

 
photo Le Monde and Athenian Brewery organize for the first time the grand Beer Culture Culinary Contest which refers to the second year students of the Professional Food Production and Professional Confection Production specialties.
   
The theme of the contest is the conception of original cookery and pastry recipes which make a harmonious combination with beer.

The most original and tasteful recipes will be awarded with great prizes from the Athenian Brewery. One scholarship for the Eurochef professional postgraduate program, one scholarship for the Europastry Chef professional postgraduate program and three unique journeys to Holland, which include a fascinating tour to the Museum of Heineken, are the grand prizes for the winners.
