In our effort to strengthen our collaboration with the best institutes of hotel and tourism studies abroad, we visited the famous DCT Swiss Hotel Management School in Switzerland and presented a two days’ seminar about the Greek traditional gastronomy.
During the seminar students from all over the world witnessed the preparation of some of the most characteristic recipes of Greek traditional cuisine.
Mr Makis Kalosakas who is an author and a professor at LE MONDE institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies presented simple and more complicated recipes and at the same time he encouraged the students to participate in the preparation of the dishes.
The students attended the seminar with great enthusiasm and were very interested in learning details about the renowned culinary tradition of our country.
