Greek traditional cuisine lessons in Switzerland

 
photo In our effort to strengthen our collaboration with the best institutes of hotel and tourism studies abroad, we visited the famous DCT Swiss Hotel Management School in Switzerland and presented a two days’ seminar about the Greek traditional gastronomy.
   
photo During the seminar students from all over the world witnessed the preparation of some of the most characteristic recipes of Greek traditional cuisine.
   
photo Mr Makis Kalosakas who is an author and a professor at LE MONDE institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies presented simple and more complicated recipes and at the same time he encouraged the students to participate in the preparation of the dishes.
   
photo The students attended the seminar with great enthusiasm and were very interested in learning details about the renowned culinary tradition of our country.
   
We would like to express our gratitude to the teachers and students of the Swiss School for the warm hospitality they offered us during our stay in DCT School.
