Dishes for….photographs

 
photo An original seminar took place on June the 4th. The seminar was attended by students of photography who were coming from the state of Alabama in United States.

Mr Kalosakas, a writer and a teacher at LE MONDE, revealed the secrets of Greek traditional cuisine by preparing some of the most characteristic dishes and presenting them with a modern touch.
   
Some of the dishes of the seminar were: zucchini meatballs, shrimps ‘microlimano’, hare stifado (casserole – baked) with onions, mousakas and galatopita (milk pie).

The foreign students attended the preparation of the dishes with great enthusiasm and photographed them so that they would have a beautiful memory of their visit at LE MONDE Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies .

Once the seminar was over the students had a chance to actually taste the delicious dishes at the buffet which was prepared for them.
