LE MONDE Institute maintains its premiership for 10 years
At the 5th International Gastronomy Festival 2007
Once again this year LE MONDE Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies wins the first place at national contests. It was inaugurated the best school among the public and private schools, who participated in the 5th International Gastronomy Festival, organized by Chef’s Club Athens in the context of EXPRO 2007 exhibition (26-28 January 2007).
LE MONDE Institute won not only the prize of the best school but also the prize of the highest score in gold medals, which will be placed among the other prizes at the school’s premises.
The superiority of LE MONDE was obvious since it monopolized the gold medals at the categories it participated. In total our students won 20 medals:
9 gold, 7 silver, 2 bronze and 2 distinctions.
The dishes served by our students impressed the jury for their creativity, technique and aesthetic effect. It’s worth mentioning that a lot of LE MONDE’s graduates won many medals as professionals.
