On Thursday 9th March, we welcomed Mr Gianni Tselepo, oenologist and owner of the Tselepos Domaine. He spoke to us about the vineyard and we tasted some of the wines he himself produces.
Mr. Tselepos talked about being a wine producer and referred to various wine production techniques that he uses.
On the mountainsides of parnonas, the vineyard takes up an area of 250 acres where 5 different varieties are cultivated: Mosxofilero, Merlot, Caberne, Sauvignon and chardonnay.
Our students were given the opportunity to taste the below wines: Amalia Brut, Madineia, Kokkinomilos and Nemea Driopi.
We would like to thank Mr. Gianni Tselepos for his presentation as well as Mrs. Xrisa Giatra for her participation.
