A new intensive program, 100% hands on, especially designed for those who love cooking, began on Wednesday, January 23, at LE MONDE Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies!

For 6 consecutive weeks, those who love cooking and want to learn all the professional techniques that chefs use, put on their aprons and learn how to prepare innovative, fresh recipes with excellent food styling, always under the supervision of the Professor – chef.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to boast that they absolutely possess the secrets of a kitchen!

The program starts on Wednesday, January 23 and ends on Thursday, March 7.
Courses are held twice a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 17.00 – 21.00.
