On the second floor of our facilities, on Wednesday 16th May, Mr. Sophocles Panagiotou, a chemist, oenologist and co owner of the Septem brewery in Evoia gave a presentation.
Mr. Panagiotou went through all the stages of production from the very beginning until the end. At the same time, the participants were given the chance to taste septem beers and commented on them. This small brewery company has been operating since 2009 producing fresh non-pasteurized beers. The owners of the company aim at producing superb quality beer addressed to those who love the authentic taste of beer.
